Project Development involves a sophisticated feasibility study and a diligent process where we deliver a full scope of work including construction drawings, design selections, and our project bid. Based on the scope, our team invests upwards of 60 hours into this phase. The contract deliverables and price for Project Development are custom for every job.
At the end of Project Development, we guide you in making any necessary adjustments so that your scope and budget are in alignment with your overall goals, and we can confidently move toward a fixed-price build contract.
Planning is the name of the game. Once we move into our construction agreement, our production team thoughtfully prepares for your project. From obtaining local building permits to procuring the best materials, this step is indispensable.
As dust begins to fly, a highly skilled project manager walks with you each step of the way. Through excellent communication, weekly on-site meetings, and advanced online software, you'll be securely connected to the project.
Once the project is complete, settle back into your newly designed space.
